FAVRM WINTER FORUM

Hosted by

Volunteers and Voluntary Organizations in Emergency Management, Public Safety & Health Emergencies

Florida is prone to hurricanes, tornadoes and other types of disasters that can impact your organization and the community you serve. Managing disasters and managing volunteers is important. The winter Forum will focus on all phases and functions of Emergency Management. Presenters, trainers and program managers from community-based organizations as well as local, state and federal emergency management agencies will be represented. This is a great opportunity to learn how your organization can become more resilient to disasters and more effectively utilize your volunteers and others to serve your community after a disaster.
